Meet Dr. Nestor Biletsky (Upper Darby, PA)

Nestor Biletsky, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University Class of 2019. He is also a graduate of MaST Community Charter School and Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.

He completed internships in various eye care clinics around Philadelphia, including the Veterans Affairs Hospital.

In addition, he specialized in Low Vision at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. During his internships, he was exposed to treating and managing various ocular diseases. Dr. Biletsky also excels in prescribing, managing, and fitting glasses and contact lenses.

Dr. Biletsky is committed to providing high-quality eye care. His interests include dry eye, diabetic management, macular degeneration, and a multifaceted and individualized approach for patients to improve ocular manifestations from medical conditions.

Dr. Biletsky grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, Dr. Biletsky is an active member of the Ukrainian community in Philadelphia. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping.
