Nestor Biletsky, O.D.
Nestor Biletsky, O.D. is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University Class of 2019. He completed internships in various eye care clinics around the Philadelphia area, including the Veterans Affairs Hospital.
In addition, he specialized in the area of Low Vision at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. During his internships, he was exposed to the treatment and management of various ocular diseases. Dr. Biletsky also excels in the prescribing, managing, and fitting of glasses and contact lenses.
A graduate of MaST Community Charter School and Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Dr. Biletsky grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, Dr. Biletsky is an active member of the Ukrainian community in Philadelphia. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping.
Dr. Biletsky is committed to providing high-quality eye care. His interests include dry eye, diabetic management, macular degeneration, as well as a multifaceted and individualized approach for patients to improve ocular manifestations from medical conditions.
